May has been a rough month for me, with a number of unfavorable market conditions directly affecting the share prices of the financial counters I held. But for the most part, it was my own fault for not taking profit when I could; I was initially leading the market by 1.17% before the huge market sell-off started. This would be the second time something like has happened. I had a target price in ind for the counter I owned, and instead of reading the signs and realizing that a market sell-off was imminent, I stubbornly chose to keep holding onto those counters. Well, lesson learned. I will be making much wiser decisions about when to sell my stock counters from now on, i.e. if the market start showing warning signs, take action!
